Synopsis
When a 16-year-old girl claims that she was sexually assaulted by a man, Detectives Benson and Stabler delve into the nether world of Internet porn in search of the suspect known as "The Yachtsman" but they soon discover how difficult it is to prosecute cyberspace pedophiles. However, while investigating an illicit online service, the cops seize upon an opportunity to coax a sex offender into setting up a sting operation designed to lure in more deviants.
